1. Know the Structure

• You'll get two photo cards:
  • One on a theme you’ve prepared.
  • One on an unseen theme.
• You must answer questions in French, sometimes spontaneously.

🔹 2. Use the PALMW Technique (for describing the photo)

P = People

A = Action

L = Location

M = Mood

W = Weather

💬 “Sur la photo, je vois trois personnes qui font du sport en plein air. Il fait beau et tout le monde a l'air content.”

🔹 3. Use Higher-Level Language

• Use opinions + reasons:

  “Je pense que c’est utile parce que…”

• Include tenses:

  • Present: “Ils jouent…”
  • Past: “J’ai visité…”
  • Future: “Je vais faire…”

• Try connectives and intensifiers:

  “Cependant, à mon avis, c’est extrêmement ennuyeux…”
